Lapsed Customer Research Campaign for Leading Global Airline Network

 

Our client is a leading global airline network, in terms of daily flights, destinations and countries flown to and amount of member airlines. It was established in 1997 as the first truly global airline alliance to offer customers worldwide reach, and a smooth travel experience.

Primary Objective:

Reactivate inactive/dormant member accounts. Update contact details including name, email address, phone number, address and the travel agent.

Secondary Objective:

Inform and educate member on all aspects of the loyalty program, confirm member is tracking points correctly, capture information on current flight patterns.

Result:

Over 3,000  membership accounts reactivated to date.
